Illustration for Chapter IX of Korczak's novel, titled (the chapters have summary titles) "Morze Pompowe koło studni. – Admirałowie floty Morza Pompowego. – Kolej patykowa i skorupka od jajka'' (Pump Sea near the well. Admirals of the Pump Sea fleet. Stick railway and eggshell).

Work made in mixed media technique – collage. It depicts boys from the camp holding up a yacht while playing in the water near a well. The drawings of the boys and the elements of the sailboat are pasted on, the white hands of the boys embracing the hull are clearly reflected by being superimposed on the background of the green and blue (with elements of bark drawn in brown crayon) side. The upper parts of the boys' silhouettes are placed against the background of a white circle. There are tree small yachts and one boat at the boys' feet, on the right, with two branches – they are drawn with brown crayon.
