A five-point announcement informing about the conditions for the acquisition and leasing of Jewish businesses in the Łowicz region dated 17 January 1940. The announcement was signed by the District Prefect of Łowicz, Dr. Schwender. It was issued in two languages, Polish and German. It was printed on newsprint paper.
