A hexagon-shaped gold-and-blue metal badge. It has visible inscriptions in Polish: "Żydowska Służba Porządkowa" and German: "Ordnungsdienst". The central part of the badge features the Star of David.

The badge is part of a collection belonging to a history enthusiast Andrzej Melchior who collected items related to the heritage of Polish Jews. The item was donated to the POLIN Museum collection by his wife, prof. Małgorzata Melchior. We do not know the city from which the badge originates.
