At 8 Mickewycza Street (Ukr. вулиця Міцкевича, 8) the former Bejt Ares synagogue is preserved. The two-storey building, currently in neo-classical style, was built in the early 20th century. It originally presented a neo-Moorish style, but was later rebuilt several times. In 1952, the synagogue ceased to serve a religious function. It currently houses a sports hall of the "Awangard" rehabilitation and sports complex.
