Certificate No. 780/45 of the employment of Bogusław Allina as head of the department and representative of the Union of the Food Industry of the Lower Silesian Region at the Ministry of Provisioning and Trade, issued before 30 September 1945. The certificate is a one-sided document, a form (typewritten), completed by hand in Polish. Below the content of the certificate there is a round stamp with the inscription: "Ministry of Provisioning and Trade | Union of the Food Industry | Lower Silesia Region" and the name stamp and signature of the general director, Wacław Lewelt. | MH
