Work certificate issued to Bogusław Allina on 3 October 1959 by the Coopexim Co-operative Company for Foreign Trade in Warsaw, certifying his employment from 1 July 1957 to 3 July 1959 as an expert. The document is a single-sided, handwritten form. A stamp in the upper left and lower right corners of the card reads: "COOPEXIM | Co-operative Company for Foreign Trade | Limited liability company | Human Resources Department | Warsaw, 4 Żurawia Street".
