Service card No. 26 of Bogusław Allina, head of the Brewery Department, issued on 20 September 1945 by the Union of the Food Industry of the Lower Silesian Region at the Ministry of Provisioning and Trade. It is a bifolium – a print written on four pages in Polish. On the second page is an identity photograph of Bogusław Allina, under which there is a handwritten signature and a round red stamp with the inscription: "Ministry of Provisioning and Trade | Union of the Food Industry | Lower Silesia Region” overlapping the photograph. The third page of the card was completed by hand. Below the text there is a round stamp, the same as on the second page, and the director's stamp and signature. | MH
