Cabinet portrait photograph of three men from page 9r of the Garnek family album

The photograph depicts three similar-looking men (brothers?), photographed in a studio with studio props (whatnots visible on the sides, the man in the middle is holding a book). All three are dressed in white shirts with bow ties under their collars and long dark kittels. The kittel of the man on the right has lighter lapels. The men are wearing black cylinder-shaped caps with a small visor. The man standing on the right is smiling slightly, his left hand is resting on the prop and his right hand is resting on the shoulder of the sitting man, probably the youngest of the three. The man standing on the left is resting his right hand on a high table. The photograph on the company cardboard of the Helios studio, i.e., Hersh Linder's company operating at ul. Królewska 47 (47 Królewska Street) in the early 20th century. Later, the photographic studio changed its name – derived from the last name of the owner – and operated on ul. Twarda (Twarda Street) (it is listed in the 1930 address book "Cała Warszawa", section XIII, p. 46, https://polona.pl/item/ksiazka-informacyjno-adresowa-cala-warszawa-1930,NTU5MzI5/309/#item). Hence the dating of the photograph – from around 1904, the studio already bore a new name, H. Linder.
