The cake server is part of a cutlery set with the manufacturer's trademark "BUBELA | SHEFFIELD STEEL" (more about the company: MPOLIN-M905).

The server is made of metal alloy, plated with a thin layer of silver. The shape of the server is irregular – it widens towards the bottom and tapers more strongly towards the tip of the server. The handle is flat and features a frugal art déco style geometric pattern. The decoration consists of two simple grooves (thinnings) running along both edges of the handle. The end of the handle is bevelled where it has been thinned. The servers were used to lift and place larger pieces of cake on a plate.
