The case

Lechtman, Tonia (1918-1996)

part of the collection

The rectangular envelope case is made of industrial cotton linen. Along the edges and on the flap there is a decorative trail made using the geometric technique. Inside (under the flap) in the upper left corner of the pocket - an embroidered initial ("M" or "W", with red thread). The initial is most probably the first letter of the name of one of her children: Marcel or Wera.
