Wooden octagonal box with a lid attached on a metal hinge. The top of the lid and the sides of the box are decorated with a flat relief. The lid bears a representation of a seven-armed candlestick and inscription: “Bezalel” above the candlestick and “Jerusalem” underneath it. The eight sides of the box are adorned with images of seven-armed candlesticks. The edges of the lid are decorated with rows of pearls, seven in each. The outer surface of the box is covered with dark brown varnish.
The item was purchased for the collection of the National Museum of Przemyśl from the local branch of the Desa enterprise in 1989.
