Certificate No. 99 for Bogusław Allina, issued by the Office of the War Commissioner of the City of Wrocław (Управление Военного Коменданта Города Бре слау) of 24 July 1945, containing a request not to accommodate other people in the apartment at 36 An den Brunen Street, where Allina lived, who held the position of deputy representative of the Economic Department of the Council of Ministers. The document is a typescript written on one side, in Russian. Below the content of the certificate there is a round stamp with the inscription in Russian: "Управление Военного Коменданта Города Бреслау", and next to it the signature of S.
