The certificate of Emilia Leibel's unfitness for hard physical work due to Graves-Basedow disease, i.e. thyroid dysfunction, and heart disease,iIssued by the Social Welfare Centre at the District National Council, most probably in 1944. The two-sided document has stencil printing with handwritten additions. On the recto page, there is a circular stamp.
