Certificate No. 129 issued by the Municipal Board of Wrocław for Bogusław Allina, informing about the possession and use of a bicycle from 17 May 1945 to 31 July 1945. It is a single-sided, bilingual print: on the left side of the card it contains content in Polish, on the right – in Russian. At the bottom edge of the card is a round stamp of the mayor of Wrocław and the official's signature (illegible), the same on the left and right sides of the document. | MH
