Certificate No. 919/365928 on the registration of Bogusław Allina as a person obliged to have a work card and confirming its possession, issued by the German administration – Arbeitsamt Warschau/ Labour Office in Warsaw, written in three languages: German, Ukrainian and Polish. The official print is single-sided and was filled in by hand, while the back was left blank. At the bottom of the card is a round stamp with the inscription: "Generalgouvernement | Der Stadthauptmann | Arbeitsamt Warschau", in the centre of the stamp there is an eagle with a swastika symbolising the Third Reich. To the right, there is the seal of the Labour Office and a signature. On the right, at the bottom edge of the card, there is the form number: Staatsdruckerei Warschau – Nr. 97088/44. | MH
