Certified copy from the commercial register regarding the company Sztuka Ludowa. Zygmunt K. Allina, issued by the Regional Court in Warsaw - 2nd Commercial Division. The document is a bifolium, the first three pages of which were handwritten on the official form, in Polish. Underneath the content of the document is a round stamp of the Regional Court in Warsaw and two signatures on behalf of the head of the secretariat of the Regional Court – one is illegible, the other is the signature: S.
