Badge in the form of an elongated brooch with an oval widening in the middle, equipped with a safety pin for fastening. The surface of the badge is filled with colour enamel. In the centre, there is an image of the Star of David, with inscriptions on the sides: Shnat [5]674 (year 1914)/ Milchama 1914–17 (War 1914–17).

The item forms part of the prewar collection of the National Museum of Przemyśl. Due to missing inventory documentation it has been impossible to determine how it became property of the Museum.
