The school report from the Hebrew-speaking, Zionist Tarbut School (on Tarbut schools: https://sztetl.org.pl/pl/slownik/tarbut, accessed 17 November 2021). The certificate bears the stamp of the Jewish National Fund Keren Kajemet leIsrael, with the image of Masada, the fortress, the last point of Jewish resistance during the war with the Romans. In 1973, the defenders, faced with the inevitable fall of the fortress, committed collective suicide. Nowadays, Masada is a symbol of the independence of Israel.
