Decision of the Ministry of Finance concerning the allocation of a service flat in Zielonka to Stanisława Olchawa, issued on 14 April 1950 – official document, print on a single page of a blank paper sheet, filled in with a typewriter, text in Polish. In the top left corner, there is the issuer’s data: “MINISTRY OF FINANCE | STAFFING AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING | DEPARTMENT” and filing number: 2792/4/51. In the top right corner, there is the place and date of issuance – the date has been filled in with red crayon. Below, there is the main body of the official decision.
