One version of a spread-page illustration (right, odd page) for Wladysław Broniewski's poem "Do umarłej" (To the Deceased) (cf. MPOLIN-M1646), not selected for printing.

The outer frame, visible in this drawing, marked the edges of the page in the book, the inner border – the lines of the page margins where the lines of text would reach. A rather related version of the present work appeared in the book.
