A handwritten document on ribbed paper (handmade; has watermarks) issued on 28–29 May 1670 in Tarnów and Wiewiórka. Written in Polish with interjected words in Latin, it contains the content of the agreement between the townspeople and Tarnów Jews regarding trade and tax rights. To confirm the approval of the concluded agreement, Aleksander Janusz, prince of Ostrog and Zasław, count of Tarnów, signed and sealed it. Document on six sheets (six pages are written).
