A forty-page set of documents produced as a result of the proceedings in the case involving the issue of a passport to Chaim Mordka Kejzman. The set includes documents issued by the Olkusz County Office, the District Police Headquarters in Olkusz, and the local city council. The files also include certificates from the Emigration Office, as well as photographs and a letter confirming the applicant's lack of means. Chaim Mordka Kejzman was born on 14 December 1896, in Olkusz. He was a boot maker by profession and ran his own workshop at the Market Square. However, due to severe financial difficulties, he decided to leave the country. His destination for emigration was Brazil. The police officer conducting the local inspection in his apartment noted: 'occupies one poorly furnished room'."
