Rectangular etrog box with a flat lid on hinges. It is made of steel sheet metal reinforced with brass. The lid and the front wall are decorated with a representation of a two-headed eagle with a hoop crown between the two heads. On the right side of the lid, there is the number “36” and a Hebrew inscription below: “Lemberg”. The side wall is decorated with a motif of a bird (falcon?) in a profile view, sitting on an ornamental jug. The edges are adorned with an undulating decorative pattern.

The item was donated to the National Museum of Przemyśl in 1952 by a resident of Przemyśl who had found it in the basement of the house at 5 Czarnieckiego Street in Przemyśl.
