Silver coloured, plated fish knife. The blade is elongated, widening towards the tip. The blade is rounded on one side and straight on the other. The tip of the blade is pointed. On one side, along the straight edge, the blade was decorated with engraving in the form of three parallel lines. A floral motif (acanthus leaf) made by engraving and punching is additionally visible at the ends of the lines. Flat handle, widening towards the bottom. The lower part is decorated with an art déco geometric motif. The decoration consists of two simple grooves (thinnings) running along both edges of the handle. The end of the handle is bevelled where it has been thinned.

The purpose of a fish knife is not to cut the meat, but only to separate it from the skin and bones (filleting) and to put the dish on the plate. That is why it is blunt, somewhat reminiscent of a butter knife or a narrow cake or pastry server.
