The object is the work of goldsmith Wester Israel Yesyevich, who probably worked in the former Russian Empire.

The goblet is on a round, upright leg. The stem is nodus (with a decorative thickening), the cup is conical, with a curved edge of the spout. The mantle is engraved: the knurled (grooved) fields show simplified architectural and floral motifs.
