Group photograph of Dolina residents

Jest częścią kolekcji

The photograph shows a group of adults lined up in five rows. The two women in the bottom row lie on their sides. Together they hold a plaque (the writing on the plaque is illegible). People in the second row sit on the ground. The next row sits higher (on the bench?). People lined up in the fourth row stand. In the fifth they stand on some sort on elevation (bench?). The wall of the building can be seen in the background. The man in the middle of the last row holds a staff ending in a six-pointed star (Star of David). All the people in the photo are dressed festively. The women are wearing furs, the men wear suits. The four women in the second row are wearing dark skirts, light-coloured shirts and ties. | From the donor's account, we know that the photograph depicts the inhabitants of Dolina and was taken during some pre-war celebration. Among the people pictured in the photograph are the grandparents of the donor (Leib Lehrer and Henia née Mühlard), who, however, cannot be identified. | Contemporary print.
