The lamp, supported by three legs, consists of two parts joined by rivets. Its base takes the form of an openwork bench seat with slightly outward-facing, semi-circular sides and a forward-curved narrow slat to which eight vase-shaped candle sleeves are attached. The centre of the openwork lamp screen shows a lion within a stylised closed crown, standing on an arch with the Hebrew inscription "Light the Hanukkah candles." The crown is topped with an additional ninth sleeve. No manufacturer's markings.

The object was purchased for the collection of the District Museum in Rzeszów in 1973.
