The lamp consists of several separate parts connected by screws. The first part is a profiled base with a wavy curved front. Seven vase-shaped oil containers (originally there were eight) are attached to it with screws. The base is supported by four decorated legs. Another component is an irregularly shaped screen topped with a closed crown. Its edges are decorated with ornamentation including clamshells and acanthus leaves. In the central part of the screen there is a menorah supported on two sides by lions standing on their hind legs (this decorative element was cut from brass sheet metal and attached to the wall with two screws). On the screen there are three brackets into which the candle sleeves and an additional ninth light (shames) were probably plugged. No manufacturer's markings.

According to information in the old collection inventory, the Hanukkah lamp was donated to the District Museum in Rzeszów during the war by unknown representatives of the Jewish population.
