Hanukkah lamp with a rectangular base in the shape of an elongated channel, divided into eight sections for pouring oil. The sides of the channel are rolled outwards. The base is supported on three feet and fixed to the openwork backplate, which has a roughly oval shape with four small bulges and is topped with a representation of an openwork three-pointed crown with an additional vase-shaped oil holder (shammes). The main field of the backplate bears a decoration representing a stylised menorah supported by antithetical lions standing on an arched band with a Hebrew inscription: “Lehadlik ner Chanukah” – “To kindle the light of Hanukkah”.

The item was purchased for the collection of the National Museum of Przemyśl from a private owner in 1979.
