Helena Rubinstein, Inc. – 27th Annual Report year ending 30th June 1955

The 1955 Annual Report of Helena Rubinstein, Inc. is an English-language brochure.

At the top of the cover is the logo of Valaze cream ("Gift from Heaven") - the first cream independently created by Helena Rubinstein, which became extremely popular amongst women and brought her immense success.

On the report’s first page, the individuals managing the company are listed - at the top, Helena Rubinstein and then only men. It can be assumed that this was a compromise, possibly due to social circumstances, which Helena Rubinstein had to make or it was her conscious choice not to employ women in high positions. Two pages of the report (pages 2 and 3) are dedicated to the company’s shareholders. Below the text, there is a likeness of Helena Rubinstein's signature.
