ID in the form of a horizontal card, black print with red elements. Text in two languages - Polish and French. One of the inscriptions informs: "The management of theatres, cinemas, musical institutions and all kinds of shows should give ticket discounts to "Zaiks" members". The ID is valid for the years 1948 and 1949. The ID photo of Magdalena Gross is attached to it with two staples. There is a purple stamp on the upper right corner and the lower left corner of the photograph "ZAIKS | Związek Autorów, Kompozytorów i Wyd" (ZAIKS | Association of Authors, Composers and Publishers). On the reverse, there is a note: "Karta członkowska Związku Autorów, Kompozytorów i Wydawców ZAIKS" (membership card of the ZAIKS Association of Authors, Composers and Publishers). ID number: 825c. Issued to Magdalena Gross-Zielińska, an ordinary member. Signed by the president of the management board, the secretary of the management board and the general director. Faint traces of the owner's signature. The card was issued on 17 June 1948 in Warsaw, 68-89 Filtrowa Street. The stamp is the same as the one on the other side of the ID. UCO
