At 9 Szewczenko Street in Kalush (Ukr. вул. Шевченка, 9) there is a well-preserved building, which until 1939 belonged to the Jewish community. Built in the 1930s, in the constructivist style with elements of modernism, it was intended for the seat of the community and as the centre of Jewish culture. It probably also served as a place of prayer.
