A two-storey building in neo-classical style, located at the contemporary address at 24 Iwana Bohuna Street (Ukr. вулиця Івана Богуна, 24) was built in 1908. It offered shelter for 50 orphans. Currently, the building is occupied by the Faculty of Pedagogy of the Chernivtsi National University named after Yuriy Fedkovych (Ukr. Чернівецький національний університет імені Юрія Федьковича, Czerniwećkyj nacionalnyj uniwersytet imeni Jurija Fed’kowycza).
