The school report - "notification" of Karolina Samet.

She was born on 23 December 1901 in Drohobycz. From the school year 1906/1907, she attended the folk school in Jawor nad Stryjem, belonging to the school district in Turka.

According to her birth certificate, she was registered under the Jewish name Kreindel. Her parents were Golda Waldman and Moses Dawid Samet. The parents only entered into a synagogue wedding, and therefore the child was described as illegitimate.
