The Kupa Synagogue is located in Kazimierz, Kraków, at 8 Jonatana Warszauera Street. It was built in the 1640s. The funds for its construction came from the community treasury (in Hebrew, the word kupa means community treasury or simply treasury). Additional money to complete the building was donated by the goldsmiths' guild.
