Letter to Emilia Ratz

The letter from Halina Altman to Emilia Ratz, with preserved envelope, with election print: "WE WILL ELECT A SEJM | UNITY | WORK AND RECONSTRUCTION". From the contents: "Nothing new with me. I come straight home from work, where I barely have the strength to read a newspaper. I am pleased with my work, it suits me and occupies me, the people are nice. So everything is fine. I do not see anyone. I have not even been to Henio Baczko's, although he promised me that he would be mortally offended. On Christmas Day I stayed at home all the time. I am going to do the same in the New Year. I will spend New Year's Eve in bed. [I have for You, Milos, nylons - if You don't know what they are, ask the elegant ladies".
