Telegram sent on 20 December 1939 in Rio de Janeiro to Felicja Blumental to the address: 48, Neyperggstr., Luxembourg (this is the address where Felicja’s parents lived), with the text: “Visa Artist Paris” informing that Felicja has received the Brazilian visa which must be collected in Paris. | After the outbreak of World War II, refugees from Nazi Germany, Jews and refugees from Poland feverishly searched for a way out of Europe.
