Letter to Halina Altman

The letter from Emilia Ratz to Halina Altman on a grey card, written on both sides. From the contents: "Halina dear! I am very surprised that in your letters you do not write anything about what surrounds you. Especially now, after your transition to civilian life, you could give us very interesting information. You have no idea how much I would like to talk to you. Halina! I wrote to PPR and in a few days I received a questionnaire to be filled in, which I have already filled in, and among other things I can tell you that I referred to your esteemed person. I would very much like to come to the country already a member of the PPR, it would help me morally a lot, but I doubt whether it will be possible, because the people I refer to are either now non-partisan or have too little seniority, like you.
