Letter to Halina Kraus

It is part of the collection

Letter from Janina Puncuch to her sister on 1 page. From the body of the letter (original spelling): “Yesterday morning I received your dispatch and today a letter – thank you so much for your good wishes – I’m truly glad that you’re already on site and thinking about new dresses! It’s the most beautiful birthday present! […] | Today, I’ve received lengthy letters from my parents and Ewa – God Bless, they’re healthy and full of encouragement. Broneczka is probably on her own now – I can only imagine how bad she feels, poor soul. | For the time being, I’ll rent a room for you in the local hotel – it’s very cheap here – unfortunately our sister-in-laws have only three rooms, so it would be difficult to stay there.”
