Letter to Halina Kraus

It is part of the collection

Letter from Bronisława Roller to her sister on 1 page. From the body of the letter (original spelling): “Janeczka, I wrote to you that I had to get married, otherwise I wouldn’t get into the USA. You know I’m going to be German, it’s horrible for me and I’m afraid of that. [...] And how are you doing? Maybe you already have some news from Franek, has he reached Warsaw? In your last letter, you wrote that he was already supposed to get permission in the coming days. The most important thing would be to get Parents and Ewa out of there, but I doubt these monsters would let them go. Or maybe a miracle will happen?”
