Letter to Halina Kraus

It is part of the collection

Letter from Bronisława Roller to her sisters on 1 page. From the body of the letter (original spelling): “Now, on what regards me, I have good news for you. This morning I’ve received a notice from the American Consulate that I should get there on May 14 and, in all likelihood, I will get my visa on that day. You can imagine how happy I am, if it’s possible to be happy these days at all. In any case, this is a great step forward for me, and the thought that I’ll soon get on a ship, and with God’s help reach America, gives me lot of encouragement today.”
