Letter to Halina Kraus

part of the collection

The letter from Wladyslaw Glocer to his sister on 1 card. From the contents of the letter (original spelling): "I live and sleep in our beautiful flat at 100 Central Park South, and I still have an office at 145 West 57 St. All is well with me and Bronka although Stefan has been without a job for a number of months and they have run out of cash. Bronka farms very modestly, because she cannot do otherwise. I invited her for a summer flat and we spent three weeks in a wonderful hotel in the mountains, where she improved splendidly. [Greta married a Swede a month ago, but she is very unhappy and would like at all costs to return, but it's too late". | MW
