Letter to Halina Kraus

It is part of the collection

The letter from Theophilus Glocer to his daughter on 2 cards. From the contents of the letter (original spelling): "Why does Mietek not add to your letters or write separately! I receive such warm letters from Stefan Roller and Lolek, that I'm happy to have other sons besides Władek, to whom I would like to include you, Mietek, after so many years of separation. It's good that at least you, Stefanek, remember about us, and I thank you for your so nice and cordial letter of the 3rd of May. You have described so nicely the attire of officials and the Arabian school, or rather Arabian colleagues. I hope that you, Stefan, apart from Hebrew, have also learnt Arabic, which is very close to Hebrew, as a brotherly language, and surely, if it weren't for politics and sensitive hostile agitation, life between Jews and Arabs would have turned out differently. | MW
