Letter to Halina Kraus

It is part of the collection

The letter from Janina Puńcuch to her sister on 2 cards. From the contents of the letter (original spelling): "Daddy is finally at the Sanatorjum (Saltsjobaden-Badhotell), he has wonderful conditions - a beautiful room and very good medical care and nursing. Father has Mrs Genia Korngoldowa with him, who looks after him very conscientiously and skilfully. I now live [...] with Broneczka [Bronek] in this sanatorium - on the 10th we leave together for Stockholm - where I already have a double room. [...] We will be commuting to Daddy (1/2 hour by electric train), and before leaving there is a lot to do in the city. At the end of the month I will take Andrzej with me - I am not satisfied with the boarding house. I found a room with a separate entrance from the stairs, with my own toilet and the possibility to cook in the room. The flat is quite expensive, but it will be cheaper and better than in pence". | MW
