Letter to Halina Kraus

part of the collection

The letter from Wladyslaw Glocer to his sister on 1 card. From the contents of the letter (original spelling): "My heartfelt thanks for your letter and great news - only now have I revived, although I know so little about my parents. From Ewa's letters, and there have already been three, I only know that they are alive and that they live in Opoczno. Even in her letter from February of this year, which she sent through the station, she does not write anything about them. Three days ago I spoke with an American officer who was with Ewa in February in Praga and whom she helped because she supposedly spoke excellent English. [...] | The issue of your visa will probably be resolved in June, but the question is whether you should not wait in Palestine for the rest of your family, who will have to be taken out of the country at all costs". | MW
