Letter to Janina Ładnowska

It is part of the collection

Samuel Zur wrote to Janina Ładnowska (1934-2006), a well-known art historian and long-time curator of the Museum of Art in Łódź, whom he had the opportunity to meet in Poznań, where in 1966 he designed the Israeli pavilion at the International Fair. In his correspondence, he passed on information regarding materials in his possession: including paintings by Strzemiński, three catalogues of ZZAP (Trade Union of Polish Artists) exhibitions in Łódź, six books, reproductions of works by Stefan Wegner, Julian Lewin and his own. Zur sent copies of the works and catalogues by separate mail. | RP
