The letter from Theophilus Glocer to his son on 2 cards. From the contents of the letter (original spelling):"In the first place it will still be necessary to deal with our most sacred duty to transfer the dear ashes of our unforgettable Mother to a dignified grave due to her memory in Warsaw, where apparently part of the cemetery (badly devastated) remains. In Praga and in all provincial towns synagogues burnt down, cemeteries ploughed, tombstones made into paving stones, as I saw myself in Opoczno, and the population does not respect and profanes these mementoes of the dead, for whom evil and animalistic people have taken away their peace even after death!
