Letter to Władysław Glocer

part of the collection

Letter from Teofil Glocer to his son on 2 pages. From the body of the letter (original spelling): "[...] why, dear God, was it not given to your poor mother to enjoy reading your letters and the wonderful content of them, so to strengthen and heal her heart, which is so weak and sickened by the recent events! I believe that her spirit in heaven knows the intention of your thoughts and actions. It assists you in your writing and dictates to you those sublime sentences full of sacrifice and every spurt of action! And we find that there are so many actions and efforts from your side that we’re troubled, because it really is too much!”
