Letter from Teofil Glocer to his son on 2 pages. From the body of the letter (original spelling): "First of all, let me repeat my good wishes to you and your associates, may the new business prosper to the satisfaction of all of you! I recall how 50 years ago I took my first independent steps in this business with my bare hands, without any knowledge of the subject, and how beautifully this department developed and expanded for the benefit of the country in which, thanks to my initiative and assistance, a whole series of factories and plants employing thousands of workers came into being; hosieries and stockings, until then imported from abroad, mainly from Germany, suddenly became the subject of competition. This is what the private entrepreneurship, which is barely tolerated today, had once achieved!”
