Letter to Władysław Glocer

part of the collection

The letter from Theophilus Glocer to his son on 1 card. From the contents of the letter (original spelling):"What with Your arrival You brought and with Your departure You leave, will remain forever in my memory. Who, in these wild times, can show himself to be a son who, upon hearing of his father's illness, abandons a very diversified business and, disregarding the risks of flying [...] arrives from the other hemisphere in order to comfort his sick father and his distressed, broken sisters and to provide them with such a generous and prosperous existence? I cannot thank you enough for all this, but I ask God to reward you a hundredfold!" | MW
